Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We ship all over India, including metro cities, tier-2 towns, and rural areas. No delivery is made to PO boxes.
2. Shipping Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 working days
- Rural Areas: 4–8 working days
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For COD orders, a nominal ₹50 fee applies.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page using your order number and phone/email.
6. Delay Disclaimer
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, or remote locations. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, ZEDOXX does not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand globally.
