Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer free size or color exchanges for eligible products. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products bought during a clearance sale, combo packs, socks, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return Pickup Process

Once your return is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2-4 working days. Please ensure the package is properly sealed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product pickup and inspection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as ZEDOXX wallet credits.
